help me with ebay and paypal

friends, please help me. I just won an auction on ebay for 3$. I am from india and have my paypal connected with my indian bank account. My paypal account balance is 2.24$. I need more .76 dollars in 4 days and i can't add fund from my bank account. Also the ebay site asking for credit card to confirm my address and for the remaining money (3$-2.24$).So i don't own a credit card.but my paypal account is verified with my bank account. So somebody please advice me what to do
