how to record video what we do at pc screen?

i use jing to record the my videos in the pc. it works fine and you can use converters to convert to various format you like. for web i prefer adobe or flv with h.264 codecing, which is less in size and gives you high quality. i have tried various softwares but jing is the best one i could find on the net and its for free.

The program I use is the Debut Video Capture Software. I can't get game footage but it works well when I need it. I do want to get Fraps sometime, so I can do game footage.
