I used to have a china mobile with a build in tv receiver so check that out if you want as per software you should have mentioned your mobile model it might have helped but i have heard that if the phone come with a build in tv app then you can get tv connection for free some channel but if you want more then you have too pay i guess

I can watch television on my phone. Some of them cost but there are many which are free. Most of these are included on my phone. I had to pay extra "data charges" for the fancy stuff though.
