yes, or otherwise would be an awful waste of space and matter as there are trillions of planets around if God created life here why wouldn't He do the same everywhere right? maybe some planets are just begining while others are so ahead that we look like children to them :D

I'm really not sure if I believe in aliens or not. I haven't really seen anything that makes me believe whether or not they exist. I have my doubts at the moment, but who knows what can happen.

There are so many other planets and solar systems out there (and perhaps other universes), what's the chances that we are the only inhabited planet? I think there is a lot of chance that there is other life out there, probably not your stereotypical aliens but perhaps bacteria or other microorganisms. If God did create the universe, why did he also create a vast amount of other planets, stars and solar systems that are not beneficial to us in anyway?
