What would you do if your bestfriend is inlove with the same gender as his/hers?

My best friend has a serious problem. She has told me that she accidentally fall in love with her friend which is a girl. She said she really is having a hard time with her feelings for her friend. She wants to tell her friend that she loves her so that she could show her love with her friend but she is afraid to tell her friend that she loves her because she can not lose their friendship. She has told me also that she feels happy every time she is with her friend. She said she always wants to be with her friend.
Could you help my friend? Do you think she does right things even though her feelings for her friend gives her happiness? I hope you could help my friend. Thank you!

What a funny case, lol. If that really happens, I will do something. For instance, if my best friend is male, I will stay away from him. He is homosexual I am just afraid of him, lol. If she's female, that's OK anyway. I won't leave her and we will befriend still. Lesbian doesn't scare me. What i scare is homosexual, lol!

This is a very difficult problem. I think the moment your friend fell in love with that girl, she already lost her friendship. I say this because every time she's with her, the feeling is no longer platonic. So on this basis I'd like to advice your friend to take the risk and tell her exactly how she feels and accept the consequence. This is the best answer I could think of.
