I liked this series since most of the way they solve a clients problems is through scientific study of a person's reaction on the things that they tell them. You can see on their faces if they are lying, surprised, scared or really telling the truth.
I like how The Lightman Group solves every clients problems. If you haven't watched it please do so. Its so intriguing and I know you're gonna be hooked by this series.
If so, who is your fave character? I like Lightman of course but I want to be Foster she's very pretty and composed and being one of the head of the company she knows how to deal with the pressures in the workplace. She also knows how to read the faces of the people.

I've watched this show and got so addicted to it. I like the storyline, plots and the characters.Dr. Lightman is arrogant but I actually love his arrogance, cleverness and his twisted mind. You can actually learn some new things with people you talk to or even listen to. It's a great show and I hope that they will have more shows to come 'cause it's a keeper.

Yeah I am really hooked in this series somehow. The Lightman Group remind me of the famous TV series the CSI, they are all detective play but of different style. "Lie to me" uses a quite advanced science that is to tell whether a person is lying from his body language and facial expression. Also the cases in the series are quite fresh and exciting. Like the CSI Group, though they have to have a lot of connection with the government, they never compromise in face of the fact, and I like almost everyone in the group for they all have a unique character.

Yeah, I like this show very much too. We can learn a great deal of things here, like how to know when someone is lying, what expressions mean... There's really a bunch of things to learn from this show. I really like shows like this.
One other show I really like too which is somewhat similar to this one is "The Mentalist", where actor Simon Baker is the main character. I really enjoy watching investigative shows especially those that can tell you lessons which you can apply in real life.
Wow, it's great to find people here at myLot who enjoy hobbies and things you do. Thanks for sharing!

I keep hearing recommendations (particularly from my Psych teacher) about this show, and plan on looking into it in the near future. The idea interests me, especially if it turns out they can be scarily accurate in solving the problems.

I really enjoy this show. My favorite character is actually Loker. He has his own code of honor and he doesnt care about the consequences. He even goes so far as to be demoted to an intern, but stays on so he can keep learning. I know in the show he is looking for other work. I hope that does not mean they are thinking of taking him off of the show.
