Will we get a raise or not?

That is the top conversation going around work the past week! We all had are reviews and that is a perfect sign we'll get raises! Now I am hearing no one will or just certain departmens were I work will! I hope will all do! We have not had a raise for 2 years! The college I work at has had to watch their money! So money is tight like it has with with just everyone! When we get the raises ,if we do,should be around the begining of the year. If only certain departments get one and not all,there will be sh*t hitting the fan! I hope that doesn't happen!

That is also the question doing rounds in my job. We have had our annual appraisals just about completed. So we are expecting to hear something regarding this over the next couple of weeks or so. So we are keeping our fingers crossed. Cheers! Ram

Heard today we are getting raises! By the end of the year we will! I know mine will be good because I had a great review!

Thats sad to learn of not having raises past two years.How did you guys cope up with raising prices.I just cant imagine myself in your place.I wish you guys get a raise now at least.The management has to think about the employees without employees there is no company. Pray for raise.

Found out today we will be getting raises! By the end of the year! How much depends on how much our department gets and how the reviews went. My raise will be good because my review was good! Dealing with the cost of stuff going up has been hard!It has been hard to deal with!

We're supposed to be getting reviews soon where I work, and I found out that just because I've gotten a minor raise within the past six months, I most definitely won't get any raise. I think it's particularly ridiculous in your case - why bother with the formality of making it a review if there aren't going to be raises?

Today I did find out and so did all of the kitchen staff,were told we will get a raise by the end of the year! How much we get depends on how much is avaible and how are reviews went. My raise should be good. I had a good review!
