I think that Entertainment Service is a good idea.

I think the food cart business is a good idea. It is earning well since food is a necessity. You can start with a small food stall and place it in a heavy foot-traffic where most people passed by. An ideal one could be a dessert stand like fruit shakes or ice scramble. But I think in general, you also have to ask what is your passion... what do you like to do best... it is always a business guide since you don't want to have a business that you can not make yourself involve with or you are less interested to do it. In any case, just go on with a fixed idea and see what happens. If you give time and effort out of it, your business plan will succeed and you will be rewarded well out of it.
