It's a good job I don't have to make "life and death" decisions every day such as figuring out how much anaesthetic a patient should recieve during an operation..as I'd be killing people off left, right and centre.
My first "blonde moment" involved my ironing. I noticed that the creases weren't coming out in the clothes and after about the 3rd garment I realised that I hadn't plugged the iron into the mains, which would help wouldn't it?
The second involved my multi-play CD player. Now, my neighbours were annoying me (yet again) with their excrutiatingly bad Eminem CD so I decided to put 5 CDs into my CD player for revenge really. I was cleaning up and noticed that one disc in particular wasn't playing even though I had the player on "shuffle all discs." Hmmm, what on earth was going on, I thought. I KNOW! I'd put the DVD in instead (it's a 2-pack) lol.
Now, the third wasn't me, it was my Mum. She rang me to tell me that she was bored and wanted to play "Toy Story 2" on her DVD Player. She wanted me to clarify to her how the thing worked, so I obliged. Unfortunately, she just got the first screen and not much else. Eventually, I said to Mum; "Is the disc in upside down?" to which she replied, "Er, shiny side up?!"
"NO! Picture-side up!"
Needless to say, the disc began to play once she'd turned it round.
Phew, it can be exhausting being so "blonde!"
Have you had any "blonde moments" lately? And the guys can answer too, don't be shy!

blonde moments are things my girlfriend loves to kid me about
especially when i've just finished fixing my car or some other mechanical job
i'm not really a mechanic though
lemme see
here's one:
chopped up some vegetables and put them in a pot to stew
1 hour later it wasn't cooked yet
cause i failed to light a fire hehehe
i guess i'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to kitchen work

I've done that with the grill! Set the cooker for the "grill" but not the temperature, therefore the grill wasn't really on at all. I was really annoyed with myself when I found out what I'd done..but I can laugh about it now!

in situations like this you have no other choice but to laugh
that's so you'll look as if you don't take things seriously instead of looking just plain dumb hehehe
i laughed my @$$ off when i realized my failure

I have them all the time.
My problem is the fact I quickly forget something, so I have no idea what I have done but sometimes for a short amount of time I feel silly. I really can't recall the last thing I did which was silly and I'll have to ask my wife. Even she doesn't remember Jane, although she did say the other week I walked into one of our kitchen units and yes that did hurt but I am sure I've done far worse. LOL
Good job I don't remember these sorts of things :D

Another example of a duel blonde moment was a conversation I had with Mum earlier (on the phone) and we couldn't remember what that famous festival is called in the summer, that raises loads of money for Greenpeace. The answer is Glastonbury, of course, but it took AGES for one of us (Mum) to remember the name. Thank God she did!!

Not as of late. I've had a 'black moment' though. Earlier today i'm supposed to sign a job offer but turns out they prioritize applicants wearing collared shirt. What the hell is the difference?! It's not like i'm gonna undergo interview all over again! It's a freakin' job offer!

I'm relieved I'm not the only one in the "iron" department! Thanks for sharing.
