$1000 wal-mart gift card

Iv been surfing the web and found this $1000 wal-mart gift card ad. It keeps bothering me so I may give it a try. They want you to sign up for their offers. Some of the offers are real cheap to join and cancle at any time. Has any one taken up on these offers and recived the gift card? I would really like to know before I jump in.
