How to talk nicely to your friend that you help him/her sincerely at first but then by the time goes, your friend started to act annoyingly and created a mess (real mess of his/her stuffs) in your house?
Furthermore, he/she was being selfish too in order to get the personal purposes by ignoring or doesn't really care whose place that he/she is overstaying now. And your family was started to grumble here and there with your friend attendance.
The fact was your friend told you that he/she currently has no money and felt sorry with his/her overstayed

being true is what matters.
If this would happen to me I gonna tell that friend that she is abusing me already and that i am not happy anymore being her friend.
I think she would get it.

This can be tough as the last thing we want to do is offend the friend, however they are offending us by making a mess. So the only way to divert any further tension and or problems, the best thing to do is right off the bat is say I am not trying to hurt your feelings but we have a problem, one that I hope you can understand is truly bothering me. Then explain the wrong doings and the fact that you tried to help.
They will always feel offended no matter what but it is unfair that they continue to impose on us, but hopefully one day they will come to understand that we were truly there at the time of their need.
