Alertpay confirmation.

Hello Friends!I m from India and i have 1 Question. I have just added my visa debit card to my alertpay a/c,than to confirm it i requested alertpay to send a confirmation code to my bank a/c statement.But even after 7 business days i did not receive any code in my bank statement so i raised a support ticket in alertpay but did not get any response even after 4 days.Please anyone tell me what to do next as confirming my debit card in alertpay is very essential as i need to pay money to a site which excepts only alertpay payment and i want to pay only through my debit card.Your help is appreciable.
