how to manage the complex interpersonal relationship

I now gradually fouond that the society was not like what i originally thought...it is so complicated and sometimes i couldnot adjust to it...Just our teachey once said that in her countries when they have problems, they will turn to the law for help, but in our country,we are all accustomed to turnning to other people for help...and it seems that everyone is fighting for their own benefit in all kinds of ways...I dont like such society, and i dont like to say more with people in such society either, so now i cant manage the interpersonal relationship very well, i always think i am out, i have been eliminated by the society, because i cant learn to adjust it...i think maybe i still need a long time to learn to commucate with others, learn their ways to manage things, and then learn to manage the interpersonal relationship...
