This sounds like a problem with your Internet Service Provider (or with your company network). They probably have a scheme which limits your Internet access at certain times of the day. You need to contact either your ISP (if you are on broadband or dial-up) or your company network manager (if you are on a company network) to see if this is their policy. It is possible that you can do nothing about it except change the way that you access the Internet (by finding a different ISP).

i am a student in a school
and this school has made 2 groups student and teachers
and after 1am they block the student proxy with smoothwall (this is the firewall they use)
so i wantedd a way in which i can make my computer work at that time without stealing a teacher's password
like i can use ultrasurf while classes time when facebook is blocked (i can use it to unblock it)
but if my skype is on and i dont restart the net it will work even after 1
but if i restart the connection or skype it will not login again
so i needed a solution to it
thanks

What you are asking is strictly illegal, so I cannot answer it, since it is against the Terms of MyLot.
Network policies may seem like an inconvenience to you but they are set up for very good reasons - to protect the network and its users and to give everyone the bandwidth which they need for legitimate purposes. If people try to circumvent these policies, they are not only disobeying school rules (and you could be suspended) but they are potentially opening the door for any viruses and trojans which could do all kinds of damage.
RESPECT other people's property and rules and, if you have to use sites which are restricted on the network you use, accept that you will have to pay for the privilege.
