First thing you have to ask yourself what is your goal you want to have a big abs with deep valleys or you want an abdominal like marathon runner.
First things first, if you want to show your abdominal muscle you have to know your bodyfat percentage. if you can pinch your lower stomach that see thick it is that is fat and you have to remove it. How? you need to eat less and healthy and you need to be consistently doing your daily cardio for 20 to 30 minutes. It is good that your staying away in fats and oily food. But there are other alternatives like good fats like olive oil or avocado. Stop drinking sodas and fruit drinks. Water is the best drink that you will ever going to need. Hope it helps. And go for your goals

I personally advice you to consult your physician and start exercising hard. be regular at gym and do not fall in any scam like eat this and make six packs...thas all fake..
just exercise is the only way
