What motivates you most to go to work each day:money or personal satisfaction?

I would say its probably a combination of both. At the moment, I have to work to pay bills but, I do not dislike my job and do feel that I am making some small difference to others by doing it. I think even if I didnt need the money I would need to work for my sanity (tho' some would say I've left it a bit too late)
