Once a week my guy and I find a few hours where we get a chance to slow down, relax, and just enjoy being together. We usually take this time and throw in a movie so we can just cuddle and shut the rest of the world out. We are starting to run out of good movies to watch and I was thinking that it might be nice to throw in a few older movies to change things up a little. I'm looking for movies that have some action for him and a little drama for me.
I would really appreciate a few ideas for some great movies (old or new) that we can watch together.

I would recommend "Roman Holiday". I thought that it was a nice, classic movie, that easily kept my attention. It has Audrey Hepburn in it, which you can't go wrong with.
If you wanted to go with something a little newer and you haven't seen District 9 yet, I would also recommend that. It's a great movie. It was a lot better than I thought it would. It had action and drama, and there was a little bit of romance in there.

Okay so if you don't mind westerns then I would recommend "Open Range", "Broken Lance" and "The Badlanders". They are not your generic cowboy movies and combine action and drama. And to add to that if you like westerns then "Tombstone", "Broken Trail" and "Appaloosa" are well worth checking out
If westerns don't float your boat so to speak then you could check out "Shallow Grave", "Nobel Son", "The Hunted", "The Edge" and "Red Dawn".

Watch scary movies, horror and suspense thrillers where there are lots of scenes which will make you both scream. This will make you hug each other tight and it is a real sweet and nice moment for the two of you.
