when i was a young lad, No one used sunscreen except the lifeguards at the beach, and they used that white zinc oxide across their noses :). But now that i am older and we know a lot more about UAV rays and such i wear sunscreen everyday. What Is you opinion on sunscreen? how often do you wear it? THANKS... JEREMY XOXO

I only use it when I'm going to be outside for long periods of time... Like if I'm going to the beach or to the pool... or if I'm spending a day at the zoo or a theme park. But most of the time I'm either indoors... or going back and forth from indoors to outdoors. So I feel that I'm not in the sun long enough to need sunscreen.

Yeah, when i'm spending a lazy day at home, i don't wear it either. and i guess a hat can be just as effective or close to sunscreen. Thanks for your response

I used to put sunblock on every day when I went outside for more then 15 minutes because I burn so quickly but for some reason I developed psorasis and the sunlight is the only thing that clears it up. I dread this cold weather because it will start coming back soon. I have it on my scalp right now but not all over my body like I did last winter.

I don't wear any sunscreen. It's not that hot here to wear it. I also don't frequent the beach or any resort for that matter so i don't have any sunscreen.
