Put vicine on your eyes or any eye drops and rest your eyes. Don't take too long online. You'll get your eyes worked up and it'll take too long to heal.

Hello this kind of eye sore was here in my state in india, some 10 years ago, it was due to some virus, too much infectious, i got it from a co-passenger in a bus, we sat in the same sit from 9pm till 5am, when i got down, my eyes were totally red, i felt as if somebody put sand in to them, i met the doctors, they said it was viral, so no medicine will work, if i like they give some eye drops. My wife applied pure rose water on the eyes , i got relief in 2 days. Why don't you try rose water, it is harmless LOL Thank you so much for this discussion. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead. God bless you. Welcome always.

I would recommend taking a five minute break every hour that you are looking at the computer screen. Do anything during that five minutes BUT look at the computer screen. Also, buy some eye drops. I use them myself. They keep my eyes from getting dry or worn out. A lot of eye doctors recommend them. I don't know what brands are available near you, but I use Systane.

hi! i had experienced an eye infection i think two years ago..the eye drops i used that time was TOBREX. It's a good medicine. though it does not include an anti inflammatory. it's only an anti bacterial eye drops. regarding sore eyes, you could use Maxitrol or Tobradex, because these two has an anti inflammatory and anti bacterial as well. greatly recommended for sore eyes. ^^ if you're quite doubtful, you can just go to a doctor and have you eyes checked up and ask for a medical prescription. :D good luck!
