Hi, mylotters, I am used to having a midday nap. What about you? Study shows adults who nap learn better, perform better. Devote your lunch hour to a restful nap and you may perporm and learn better in the afternoon. Do you think so? Have a good day!

There are many times i have been known to take a nap during the day or early evening to where it does help rejuvinate me and to feel better, but it often does not happen anymore due to how busy my life has become. But anytime I do find time to take a little nap even if it is only for 30 mins or so I find it is often something I really needed and will help refresh me to keep on going as well.

I love to take naps. However, I'm so busy during the day, that when I get home, I don't really have enough time to nap. I agree with the studies that taking short naps during the day can really help with performance. The thing that I like best about naps is when I wake up I feel less stressed; and I feel ready to go.

Having a nap, even if it is just a few minutes, certainly is very relaxing and refreshing. During the week days, I seldom get the chance to have a nap, but on days I get back home from work a bit early, I would have a vew minutes nap. That is certainly excellent for health too.

I am the type of person that can not sleep during the day not unless i am ill. Also when it comes to sleep,i find it really hard to get to sleep at night as well. However i have heard that after having a lunch time nap it helps you better to concentrate.

I think a little power nap is perfect in the afternoon. I do real well if I can just doze off. I used to try to leave one job early enough to get a quick 10 minute snooze in my car before starting my second job! I find it very helpful!

Me, I have an after midday nap- since I nap after noon, 1pm to 2pm. I also think it is important to have a nap- I got it from a show on tv, doctors were talking about it. It truly helps people to work better- but too much of it does the opposite,so just a short nap will do..maybe 30 minutes..

I as same as you.The midday nap has become a habit of me.No need to sleep for a very long time,a little nap like twenty minutes can hit the spot. Some people have no need to take a nap, maybe due to the difference of physique.

Nap is good for us. From what I understand, the nap should not be too long. The idea nap is about 20 minutes. I did have nap when I worked at the refinery site. I woke up early around 5.30 AM everyday. Then I had to eat my breakfast and traveled about 35 minutes to reach the site. The working hours was from 7.00 AM to 6.00 PM. It was a very tire job.
