How to sleep less and have more energy..............

Well,the most important thing for doing this is too have more morning and evening sunlight as it will raise your body temperature in morning so that you can wake up early and it will decrease it at night so that you can sleep well. If you ask a person, who wakes up early in morning, that what he does after waking up the most common answer will be that he goes for a walk or for physical exercise. After waking up regularly it will become a habit as your body will respond to that morning temperature at which you wake up. It may be little difficult in beginning but it will really help you ,try it.

i think it is the quality that matters. in my case i am a day person so i usually sleep earlier and wake up very early, too. that helps me gain more energy but my bf is the opposite. he has to sleep late and wake up late. even if the duration of sleep is less as long as it's late for him, it's okay.
