I agree. Don't say sorry if you are not sorry,. You actually sense it if the person is sincere in saying it but there are some who are really good in acting.

I think it depends on the person who said that. Some people tend to say sorry just to end up the conversation or just to please the person they've hurt but not really do they meant it. Apologizing is useless unless you really mean it and won't do the same mistake ever again. ^_^

Anyone can say the words. Without feeling and heart behind those words, than they are nothing but empty words spoken in the wind.

Well, an apology without really meaning it is worth less. But saying sorry with all a person's heart is enough. But, "Actions are better than words". So, best to include actions with a sorry.

isn't enopugh.for me excuses don't mean wnything. I would rather him not telling me that he's sorry but to prove me that....to show me that he understood that he was wrong.it's easy to say this words "I'm sorry", but the thing is to really feel that/
