I just discovered the fact that how much I hate the buzzing sound of mosquitoes near ears. Its so annoying, everytime you do some work the mosquitoes will hover near your ear making a gunnnnnuunnnuuunnn sound and I feel very annoyed I admit.
Isn't there any solution to make them stay away?
I generally keep my doors and windows locked, I even use mosquito repellent liquid(all out etc), man I am kind of killed everyday by these mosquitoes?
What about you? Anybody who shares this feeling?
Any solutions to keep them away?

Hi dante_off, the situation is worse here. Tropical rain forest region having advantageous condition for mosquito to breed. Therefore no matter how and what effort we have done to get rid of them. There are still countless disgusting mosquitoes available here and there. I hate most to have them flying around making the awful sound that distracts my mind from the work or amusement.
Oh gosh, the disturbance is unbearable indeed! I go crazy to be disturbed every now and then. To prevent such nasty mosquitoes to come in our house, mosquito wire netting is fixed on every window and door of our house. It's worth to spend a certain amount of expenses to have such fitting. I'm really happy that since then there isn't any mosquito disturbance anymore

Some of neighbors here keep all the windows and doors close during the evening hours, whereas others draw all the curtains nicely to keep away the mosquitoes. I'm rather lazy and feel monotonous to do such bored chore daily. The house seems lacking of fresh air with all the windows and doors closed as well. That's why we prefer to get all windows and doors fixed with netting. The disadvantage is the indoor air is warmer than that with windows wide open. the mosquito netting has blocked part of the flowing breeze

Yeah netting the doors and windows helps a lot, another way to reduce the no. of mosquitoes is by closing the doors and windows completely during the evening hours, studies show that mosquitoes generally flock during this low light condition...

Hi! Try Citronella spray or candle. They hate the smell of it. Try it.

Never tried this Citronella oil, what do I need to do with this oil? Apply it on body?
And oh! the candles weren't of much help, already tried them...

wow thats cool, as because it is your wrist watch i am guessing its some electronic kind of deal. There was a electronic pulse buzzer available in market which claimed to repel mosquitoes.
It works by the principle of sound waves, it produces a very high pitch sound that is unbearable for mosquitoes thus they fly away.
I haven't experienced it yet, but I think it is some genuine stuff...

There are tons of candles out there that claim to keep away mosquitoes. I've never tried any of them though them. I've never really seen any mosquitoes inside of my home before. Perhaps you could buy a bunch of different products, such as "OFF" and the candles, and hope that all of them combined will work.

Well I have tried the candles, they weren't that effective.
Will try OFF, need to go to the market for it. I was planning to buy an electronic repeller. Any good brands you could suggest me with?

Hi,
Mosquitoes not only disturb our sleep and work, but also can lead to many viral infections like fever chicken guinea etc.
So you need to be very careful with mosquitoes,As you said you have used all the possible solutions like keeping the windows and doors closed using mosquito repellents.
Solution 1. Stuff your ears with cotton while you work or sleep.
Solution 2. Apply some Neem oil on your cheeks or below the ear(I heard it works but never tried.)
Happy working
