When we have bad days, when we wonder if things can really get any worse for us,just pick up a newspaper. If you don't believe me, talk to some friends. Things can be worse but we need to find a way through it all. There was once an old lady who would say that her favourite Bible verse was "it came to pass. Yes, things may be difficult today and we may wonder how we will get through it, but how much will it really matter twenty years from today? Perhaps we would all feel better if we remembered that nothing comes to stay but that this too shall pass. What do you think?

I agree with you Pose, but it is so hard to think that way at the time
I keep telling myself this will pass to and it will be over soon but the last 2 Months have been awful hopefully Friday is the end of it once I have moved
But I do wish that we could think that way it would be so much easier on us

When things are really going bad and I find myself so involved that I am not thinking , just reacting, I try to pull away and find some paper and pen to write with.
Sometimes I just write a list of choices, other times I write pros and cons and often I just write my thoughts and feelings. By externalizing this energy it seems to clear my mind and I can see the situation much clearer. When looking at times past I can always find the good lessons learned so I know that today's problems will also contain good lessons. And for sure it will all pass.
