HELP! How do I upload here at MyLot an image that links to a website?

I am a new MyLot member and I would like to upload under my photos a logo (see attached image) which, when clicked, links to my personal website. Trouble is, I don't know how to go about it. Could anyone help? Thanks in advance! :)
