What do you think is your biggest mistakes in life?

This question is quiet tricky specially during job interviews. I know everyone is having a hard time answering this question even myself. Does anyone would like to share their views and opinion about this tricky question?

Here is my life experience, not for job interview. One big mistake I made was moving to a place which just didn't have the right environment for my preferred line of career. I wasted a couple of years there, and benefited nothing. So, I had to move back to my old place and continue on my career.
