If you know how to cook omelet, you can expand your recipe by experimenting different vegetables for your omelet. I love potato omelet for breakfast. I serve it with tomato sauce or hot sauce. You just have to cute the 2 medium potatoes in small cubes. Fry the cubed potatoes until cook. Scoop out the potatoes from the pan into a bowl with 2 beaten eggs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add a dash of flour to hold mixture together. This should make 4 pancake-size omelets.
I hope this adds to your list :-)

You can make steam egg.
1st, you get one egg, make a hole at the bottom and pour the egg out into a bowl. Then, using the empty egg shell, measure 2 1/2 portion of water and mix with egg.add in some salt or soya sauce for seasoning.Whisk and mix well.Strain it.Cover the egg mixture in the bowl and steam it in the steamer.Steam for 20 minutes.
You will get a very smooth steam egg.
1 egg to 2 1/2 portion water.
Seasoning
Enjoy!

Egg is an amazing thing because you can use it to make many delicious dishes. You can stir the egg and with water, then steam it until it's done. Perhaps it takes about 10 minutes. After that, add some soy sauce on it and that's so smooth and yummy. Or you can add an egg in to the milk and don't make a big fire. This egg will be half done. Add some sugar on it and this is one of my favorite desserts.
I love China

When I have some leftover tomato sauce, I fry the eggs over the sauce (add a little more water) andd serve it over either cooked rice or pasta. It is a lot more healthy as you don{t fry them over oil and you use your leftovers. I usually put away all that is more than a normal dish is. I am trying to slim down by not overeating.

How about Eggs With a Hat. You make a hole in a piece of bread with a glass. Then fry the bread with the egg in the middle. Also fry the circle you cut out. When done put the circle lightly on top. Hence the hat.

Something I often do if I have a few eggs which need using up is to dice up some bacon and mushrooms and fry them to just before they are completely cooked. Then whisk up 3 eggs in a bowl and then in some milk (about half the amount of the 3 eggs) and grated cheese. Then pour the egg mixture along with the bacon and mushrooms into an oven proof dish and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180c.
It's not only delicious but a great way of using up surplass eggs.

I scramble my eggs for breakfast. What you do, is get a skillet and spray it with non-cooking spray, such as Pam. Break your egg in a bowl. Put it in the skillet and let it fry for a few minutes. Then, you take a spoon and stir it up. It's very easy.

hello syoti,
you'll always love the scrambled egg philippine style. first cut up the ingredients: tomatoes, onions (could use the bulb type or the spring onions) and minced clove of garlic. sautee garlic and when a little brown put the tomatoes in hot oil with medium fire so as not to burn it. when tomatoes are already soft put the onions (i want onions to crunch in my mouth when i bite, just nicely half cooked onions.) while it is cooking, scramble the eggs, put some salt and seasoning and pour over the sauteed tomatoes and onions. keep stirring to mix eggs and tomato-onion mixture and add oil if you find it dry, then take out from fire when the eggs are done.
happy eating.

I think that scrambled eggs are one of the quickest and most convenient ways of cooking eggs.
You just need 2 Large eggs, Pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tbsp skimmed milk and a little butter
Just beat the eggs together with salt and pepper and milk, heat the butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. When sizzling, add the egg mixture and stir with a wooden spoon. Continue to stir the eggs for 1-2 minutes, scraping the egg off the base of the pan as it sets.
When most of the egg has set, remove the pan from the heat and continue to stir for 30 seconds until fully scrambled.
For extra speed scramble the eggs in the microwave.
Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a microwave safe jug or bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes (650 watt oven)/1 minute 30 seconds (750 watt oven).
Stir mixture and microwave for a further 30 seconds (for both 650 and 750 watt ovens). Stand for 30 seconds before serving
It's lovely - one of my favourite breakfasts!
