Did you start thinking about it or is it to early. I think it is never to early, the question is what is your new year's resolution. We always pick of something that we are going to quit doing, like smoking, eating and or start something like exercise. So let us know mylot fans, what is your resolution. It is a know fact that only 60% of people give up in the first week and 30 the next week and so on and so on. Only 1 or 2 percent hold their resolutions, so which one are you. I will be in the 60 percent, which means I will not stopping smoking this year also.

Hi Ekobernie. I will be one of those that never make a resolution. I don't make empty promises to myself. If I decided to do something I will do it anytime of the year. I don't want to promise myself I will do this or that knowing I won't do it anyway. Good luck on your new year's resolution.

Hi Ekobernie. I quit once for about 3 months I put them down one day and just quit. You got to put mind over matter. I don't want to stop smoking anymore though. I started right back up and still smoke. Pray about it and maybe God will show you how to quit. Don't make empty promises to yourself if you say you want to quit try to get help from family and friends that don't smoke. Good luck my friend let me know how it all works out.

I am seriously considering that this upcoming year will be the time that I quit and not continue but it is really hard. However I do not want to continue to buy them nor do I want to continue to jeopardize my health.
So I will join forces with you and say that this upcoming year will be the year. Let's keep each other posted.

I'm definitely gonna pick quitting smoking again this year, as like the last 2 years. It's hard to stop but i'm not gonna quit trying to stop. Lol

If you don't think you are going to do it, I say do something that you can and it will give you confidence and maybe next year you can quit smoking.
