Now l'm not going to start on how awfully scary and evil the whole thing is and hom much it disgusts me.
l was just reading it again the other day and l was thinking. Why did god kill all the animals as well. l mean they didn't do anything, what was the point in that.
Now keep in mind this is a simple brief question which doesn't need much contemplation and it's midnight where l'm at. so keep it simple and to the point.
Thank you

Just another point to add to your chain of thoughts. God not only killed all the animals but saved the creature that is human being who has been killing all the animals ever since to the extent that some of them are already extinct. Now the question is why man is killing all the animals when they do no harm to him?

Thank you Ivansama!
Even people have different views of animals. Some people will not eat any animal for food as they view animal life as sacred as human life while others can't go a day without eating meat. Which view is right and which one is wrong?
Some people bury their pets in cemeteries while others just dig a hole. Which view is right and which view is wrong?
Some people allow their pet to sleep in their bed while others will not allow them in the house at all. Which view is right and which view is wrong?
God has a different view of animals. At first man was allowed to eat only vegetation but after the flood he allowed humans to eat animals and there is a prophecy that one day even the lion will eat straw like the bull. So his view of animals can change and has changed.
In the flood he spared a few humans and two of every animal kind of some animals. The rest were destroyed or killed by God who produced the flood. God obviously viewed that as right. The whole issue in the Garden of Eden and even today is who decides what is right and what is wrong: God or us?
God has a view on some matters and some of us agree with him and some of us disagree with him. Who is right and who is wrong? Are we on his side or are we against him? We each have to decide.
I'm on God's side and try to look at things from his point of view. Everyone is allowed to make their choice!
I wish you well!

God killed what He always disgusted, whoever He don't love or don't show anymore more of His mercifulness. But God still give us all the chances we can have because He still love all of us and still granting all of His mercifulness to all us, until for just only now and maybe soon - this won't last forever until judgement comes to all of us, only a few of us and not all of us will still be granted God's love and mercifulness for forever eternal life. We are always killing a God because we disgust a God but we won't ever kill a God. Only stupid people thinking they can kill a God.

We are almost alike with God and not with wanting to be a god. And, we are not leveled or in the position of a God. God is the God. Genesis 1 and 2 is a very real deal of genetic technology and manipulations it is not totally a myth, it is accordingly based to a civilizations, races, society and cultures. Our own man made genetics technology are only base on these physical dimensions of molecular activities, proteins, DNA, gravity, electro-magnetics, chemical compounds, atmospheric pressures and so on. GENEsis 1 and 2 are based on a multidimensional GENEtic technology, it transcend or goes beyond on the multidimensional being of a man - body, soul and spirit. Our own human based genetics technology can not much the most advanced genetic technology of GENEsis.
Yes, God killed those evil men, people, infants, child and animals. And God, has the power to do that again, but not now yet. He is still giving us all the chances we can have, and He did not just given us on a second chance or second life, but a lot of chances. We are all those evil men, people, infants, child and animals on the Old Testaments. God reincarnate or had just given us our second life from our life on the Old World of the Old Testaments into a New World of a New Beginning on a new level of understanding, consciousness and awareness of our spiritual genetic evolutions.

he was disgusted by all animals because...
Then again he still loves us even though he wiped us out
You can't kill something inexistent
and well if god kills everything that disgusts him does that mean the Nazi didn't disgust him. That makes sense. they did what he did but on a smaller scale.

The world had become evil with sin, so He wanted to get rid of the evil and begin again.

Why did God destroy his own creation? because he's God and he can - like when an artists scraps a sculpture and starts over. I'm more interested in why you think it's so scary and evil? Noah preached to the people and they had an opportunity to repent and turn from their ways and they didn't. God always gives an escape - it's our choice on if we take that.
