How much time do you spend in preparing for work in the morning?

Workers would get up early to do some "rituals". Especially women. In my case, I need to be at the office by 8 a.m. It takes a 10 minutes Jeepney ride from home to the office. I usually get at 7:30. I go directly to the bathroom. Take a bath, brush my teeth, change clothes, comb my hair and I'm ready! I do all that in less than 15 minutes! How about you guys?

Now of course I am retired but so I do not have to worry about going to office. Still I do not take much time to get myself ready. I never timed it but I think it should take not more than 15 to 20 minutes even if one shaves daily.

Good to hear that! I guess people who doesn't need to go to work also have their own routines. My dad is retired too and I think since he stopped working, he gets early just like before. He can't get used of doing nothing so he cooks breakfast for us!

Retired people continue to wake up early, earlier than the others. I water the plants, make my own tea, and then surf on the net. Thanks for appreciating my response.

I usually just wake up and go to bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. Then have breakfast and went to work. The whole process takes about 30 mins or so. So I always have to make sure that I'm half an hour ahead without considering my travelling time. If I need to be at the office by 7.45am and my travelling time is 10 mins. Then I would have to wake up at about 7.05am.

Fortunately I get up early just from time to time and this is hard for me because I'm an owl:D So the very first thing in the morning is to make a coffee. I wash my face, brush my teeht and sit to drink my coffee. After that I can take a bath, get dressed etc. I get ready to go in about an hour.

I thought I'm alone with this always on the rush world..hahaha. I have to be in the office by 8:30. There are times that I wake in 7 or 7:30 in the morning. But today I woke up 8:00, since I have to be in the office by 8:30 so I have to rush everything,I'm glad I make it at the office by 8:45.

I thought you have to be at the office by 8:30? You arived at your office at 8:45. You were late, weren't you? And you're still glad you made it 15 minutes late?
