I love a good laugh, I know it is supposed to give all your insides a good work out, endorphins are released to further the good feeling. I haven't found much to laugh at lately. I need a good comedy with no xes (read backwards, my preferences set on mylot won't allow the word!!)and violence. Why are these subjects creeping into everything, making it hard to find programmes to watch? Is anyone else fed up with these unnecessary accompaniments?

yes I know good laugh is really very healthy as it makes you happy and adds freshness in life. I use to laugh that way many years ago, when I was in school and collage. But now it has been long time, may be 20 years since I did not really had that kind of free loud laugh..I use to laugh sometimes looking at Mr. Bean's comedy serials. But now even that does not make any difference. Yes it is really hard to find good comedy shows, because those who make such comedy shows are also humans like us with their own personal problems. Today it is really difficult to laugh in this world. But you can join laughing clubs...where they laugh artificially and call it laughing therapy
