Yearbook dilemma

Hello people from the country. I am having this problem. I want to pay for my yearbook but my father doesn't want to. Personally, I don't want it as well. But my classmate keeps on telling me that it is really needed because the department of foreign affairs will ask for it if I plan going abroad. It will be heart aching if the reason I can't go out of the country is because of a crappy college yearbook. Is this true? I have only up to November 19 to sign up for the yearbook.

i've never heard of a yearbook being a requirement or going abroad. but then again, i have never tried to go abroad for work yet. but if it were me, i would want a college yearbook. it would be a good memento from your college years.

It's just that I'll be paying P3300 for 2 pages for my face. I have great memories from my college days but I have pictures already in my FB account where I can reminisce them online. I really hope it's not true about a yearbook being a requirement.

oh yeah, that is a bit much. i think you really ought to check it out if it a requirement. you'd end up regretting it if it were true.

Well if you don't know what the discussion is, then why did you respond? To get earnings?
