I have a BEAUTIFUL little boy....and when I say boy I mean it in every sense!!! He loves to play trucks....loves 2 eat dirt(no I don't allow it but he does it when he can) he loves every sport ESPECIALLY football. I LOVE MY SON!!!
Now the issue is MY DAD....my dad is an Advid gun lover....I am a lover of guns too but I'm just not ready to introduce my son into guns at all!!!!! No...not the real thing but not water guns..toy guns...gun games...NOTHING. recently my dad went behind my back and purchased my son a play shot gun!!!! I was so upset I haent taken my son over to his house in 3weeks...when normally we go over to visit atleast twice a week!!!! Everyone says I'm over reacting....but I think my dad disrespected me!!!! WHAT DO I DO WORLD!!!!!

oh your daddy loves you as you your son,he's been through parent-hood once and has also been a child once as well so he actual knows a lot more about it then you ,did you maybe think that on giving your son such a gift he might have told your son something like "use it wisely,kidding,do what you want", i don't think so, he's probably trying to teach your son some responsibility and he knows what to expect from him, talk to your son and ask him what your father told him before he gave such a gift to him,and really does ignoring daddy solve the problem?, just talk it over
