Psoriasis and effective treatments

I have this ridiculous skin disease which I despise. Anyone else? I know the answer to that, its yes! Its so common, I wish it was recognized more in the media. However because its not a deadly disease, it gets overlooked.Anyway. I'm considering getting the injection, or Methotrexate. Or SOMETHING that will work. Anyone tried these or other succesful methods??
