It's almost end of the year and some of us are thinking for some dos and donts for the coming year.What is your new year's resolution?

for me it will be to stay healthy get more rest and try and lessen the effects of fibromyalgia.

I haven't really thought about the New Year but you are right it's almost here. I gave up on resolutions because I usually break them the first week. How about you?
