Need Info Re: Alertpay and Liberty Reserve

Hi, I've only used PayPal for the past 7 years of doing business online, but lately I've signed up with a few PTC sites that only pay by either AlertPay or Liberty Reserve (neither of which I have ever used before). Can anyone share some information about these payment processors for me? Pros/Cons? Thanks!
