where is Prescott ? i ever hear about that but don't know about where is it. i hear it from TV.. what is Prescott is there a city or what..?

Prescott is a nice small town about half way between Phoenix and Flagstaff. When I was out there in the late 70' it was strictly a retirement town. There were no jobs other than the service of the town. It is a mile high altitude and real cool in the summer. I recovered gold on a small creek about two miles east of Prescott. I had a ball out there. Sure wish I was still out there. Art
