When people try to fall asleep at night, they usually try to think of many different things that get them to feel weary and eventually fall asleep. These mechanisms are usually used for people who can't sleep. But so many people have different things they think about. Whether they are thinking about work, thinking about the kid's day tomorrow, thinking about earning more money, thinking about going on a vacation, etc. Lots of things that people think of! So what do you think of when you are going to sleep? I myself think about earning money online. I know, I'm a weird person. Share your thoughts!

Well.. I thinking most the day trough. And if I have a presentation till the next week, I think about the text in that, or if there is something I missing. I can also think about a conversation I had with my boyfriend, my friends or family. Almost every day, I can't sleep because i thinking so much, and sometimes I just need to focus of my breath, so I don't thinking that much. I know it's weird.

i think about lots of things..because I can't sleep that easily.Sometimes, I think too much that an hour or 2 has already passed and I'm still awake. I think about school, my family, love... the future and even tv shows. I even think about mylot discussions...

Hi,
For me, I will think of my tomorrow's plan and make sure I have some
planning on what I am going to do in the next day.
If there is something urgent, then I will set a reminder,in case I will
miss it out tomorrow morning.
Apart from that, when my son is not feeling well, then I will have
a sleepless night and full of worries for the whole night.
After setting a plan for tomorrow 's programme, then I will slowly
go to my dreamland too.

When laying in bed for the night, my first thoughts before going to sleep are about making money. I've come across lots of ways to make money, and need to prioritize on the ones that work the most. To make matters a bit harder, I not only work, but have ten real estate properties, and about seven active websites. So for me, the time I lay in bed at night, is used for recalling such businesses and the returns they make. After all, money is a neccessity that many people can't live without.

I've had a sleep disorder for many years so, along with a pill, I think about something peaceful when I'm trying to go to sleep. That could be any number of things, being at the beach, riding a motorcycle, camping or being at the park with the grandkids.

I think about my dream boyfriend. But sometimes money and works also occupy my mind. Anyway, I will fall asleep in 30 minutes.

Well when I sleep, a lot of thoughts go through in my mind so hmm...I can't really remember what I'm thinking everytime. One thing sure though, I think of happy things that are gonna happen and that makes me happy and then...sleep. LOL.

Hi! I think of things I'm going to do the following day. Lol. Sometimes in the dark I even have to check my cellphones calendar and note some stuffs.

I'm not thinking much these days when lying in bed ready to sleep. I'm not having much money and there's still a lot of things to worry about in my work, yet as soon as I lie in the comfortable bed with my bf hugging me tightly beside, or simply see him still working on his computer, I feel mostly satisfied. Though many desires needs to be fulfilled, though many problems needs to be solved, though a lot of money needs to be earned, at that moment I put aside all the worries and feel happy, with someone loving me beside, sleeping peacefully in the comfortable room which was rented.

I usually go to bed when i am already sooo sleepy. To get sleepy, my husband and i watch tv and in between commercials would share each other's stories.
When one of us is already sleepy, we will kiss each other goodnight while the other one would continue watching tv until he gets sleepy too.
However, before i fall asleep sometimes i simply cannot help but think of the next day's event. I would mentally enumerate the things i will be doing and think if i am prepared for it. Somehow, i always go to bed prepared for the next day, hence i would sleep happy and expectant for the next day.

As I lie in bed next to my loving husband, my mental checklist is rolling through my mind. "What am I going to tomorrow?" I ask myself. "Wake up, administer medications, shower, wake toddler, drive husband to school, feed toddler, hand-wash dishes, bathe toddler, dress toddler, pick up husband from school, put toddler down for nap, do another load of dishes, sneak in a little cuddle time with hubby, wake toddler to play outside, cook dinner, administer more medication, do yet another sinkful of dishes, watch Sesame Street numbers or alphabet video, and put toddler to bed." Whew!

it can be anything, but lately it's mostly a plan
I like having my days planned, although it doesn't always happen as planned
but I found that if I have my days planned, I achieved more than otherwise
sometimes I don't plan for anything, so either I will sleep like a rock or don't sleep and spend the whole night reading etc whatever it is I feel like doing
basically without a plan what to do tomorrow I don't think much
maybe it's age, maybe it's because my interest now doesn't lie in material anymore
I used to like having a lot of money and hoarding stuffs
now I am happy if I can pay my bills and I keep our bills low/ basic

When I lay at bed at night I would have to say money even though money never sleeps it seems to be the main topic on my brain every night. I would say mostly because it makes the world go round and you have to think about it to make something happen but if you think about it too much you might find yourself not being able to sleep. Anxious is what they call it I think.
