After 8 hours in the office, dealing with a lot of people. Doing office works. When you got home you feel tired. The next day, you had a deadline to meet. Often times we are stressed out with the situation. I often get stress out when I have a deadline to meet. I usually indulge myself with the foods i wanna eat to relieve my stress. How about you, how do you deal with it?

I used to eat to relieve stress, but I ended up putting on 20 pounds. Now I try a lot of other things. I'll go out and walk for a bit, or listen to music, or just chill out and watch a movie or a TV show. I take some time to calm down before tackling whatever task is stressing me out.

I have a few ways...OK, here goes: movies, food, friends, internet, music, going out, several activities (walking, shopping, cleaning, cooking, drawing, dancing, etc). I mostly do whatever I feel like at the moment or whatever is easier/applicable.

A easy way to deal with stress is not to think about what is stressing you out too hard. Try to do anything physical like punch a bag not a person, play video games, mainly anything that would free your mind from worries. I think California is trying to legalize the best stress reliever in the world. "Go Arnold".
