What designs have you painted on your nails?

Either by yourself or had someone else do it (professional or friend)? I have drawn zebra patterns on my nails, as well as flowers. I have also created flower patterns by attaching little gems on my nails. Another design I can think of right now is little swans drawn over french tips. All these have been done my myself, apart from one occasion that a friend's girlfriend did them for me. I am trying to get a few ideas from you girls...I know there's tons of pictures about this online but I just want opinions from people here. Thanks.

my wife loves to clean and change colors of her nails. funny that even me she wants to play with my nails. one time she gave me a foot spa and she painted my nails with black polish. now she bought some nail decals with kapow and other words and she wants to put it on my finger nails 
. but when her friends are over for a visit they out different designs. but mostly she puts on her toe nails. she does a lot of house chores so putting on her finger nails is not a good idea.
