Just think that life must go on. A lot of people put their life 100% to their partner. In a case of a break-up, that will totally make them depress. Just be busy. That's what I did. My ex broke up with me a month ago. I am doing perfectly fine right now. Writing is one way to forget that ordeal.

Hi Sam and welcome to my lot. A break up can be hard. When I broke up with my ex's I always got rid of everything they had given me. Especially pictures that brings pain and suffering if you hang on to things. You got to be strong find something that intrest you. My intrest always turns to The LORD. That is how I get my life back in order. I know that God has plans for all of us and HE don't want anyone of us to suffer.

It is really hard at first but eventually you will be able to move on. Just try to be with friends, don't so anything harsh on yourself and try to focus on other things like work or studies.

Breakups are never easy. Seeing something end is not the experience we want. When we face a breakup, the best thing we can do is accept it and try to move on. It might seem like the end of our world, but it isn't. If you feel you are falling into a depressed state, turn to friends and family for support.

In the Game of Love. It doesn't really matter who won or lost. What is important is you know when to hold on and when to let go. After breaking up, don't be depressed. Go to shopping, hang out with your friends. Do the things that make you happy. To easily forget the pain. Hurting is just a test or maybe the best way to reach for another involvement. cheers!

You will cry and regret what you've done. That is the first part or moving on. Accepting the fact that you decided to go on separate ways is next. And eventually, you'll get through it.
