Give your potential employer a call within one week of interviewing. Human Resource Managers look for candidates express interest in the position, before, during, and after the interview process.

I'm actually planning to pay them a little visit if they take too long. Am not really good at phone calls, besides I love going to their office anyway. XD

When I applied for a Paralegal job, I got the result after the interview and made me report the next day. After two years, I resigned from that job to find a new experience from another company as an HR Officer. I was scheduled for an initial interview and told me to wait within a week. The Hr Manager likewise told me that if I am not able to receive a call from them within a week, that means the position is taken and filled up by another. I was interviewed Friday afternoon and received a call Tuesday for Final interview. When I went to the company for final interview, then and there I was offered the job. Since I have been employed as HR and in a Recruitment firm. I am aware that the usual waiting period is 1 week or 2 weeks maximum depending on the urgency of the position. However, there are companies that have fast processing which takes 3 days maximum. Fast processing companies mostly are call centers. Good Luck my friend.

This really depends on the company you are interviewing with and how badly they need to fill the vacancy. I think 3-4 weeks is about the norm though.

I did applied on so many hospitals and other health institutes but none of it responded to my application. I guess I was not that lucky to get the job. Nowadays, getting a job at the hospital as a nurse is so hard because of no job order. It is really frustrating here in our country to get a job.

I can feel your pain brother! I've been there myself(I am not a nurse though). Hopefully someday there will be a big change in our country, a change for the good!

I was hired the day I interviewed. My boss is urgently needing an Administrative Assistant. I didn't start right away cause I need to fix endorsing my documents first from my past job.

I was hired the day I had an interview. My boss is looking for urgent worker that time cause he just put up a small designing business and I am still working for him. But I started after two weeks I think cause I am still working that time and I need to endorse my job to the one who will replace me.
