No Till date I had no such need.

Yes, we used to call the police when our neighbors and their dogs made too much noise during the night. We had a rental house that was close to our bedroom window. Some of the tenants had dogs that barked constantly. The worst people that lived there was a bunch of guys who built a stage in the back yard, hung lights and speakers from their house, and came out in the middle of the night (2 a.m) to play blasting rock music on their instruments. They got tricky, though, after neighbors called the police a few times. They'd go out, wake everyone up, and then scurry back inside and turn off the lights before the police arrived.
