hello friends...
I missed all mylot friends lot.. as I came back after long holiday...
Just during journey we went for a temple.. For reaching to that temple we have to go through 1000 up stairs..!!! In starting it was looking quite comfortable but its quite hard after half way..
But after reaching on top there was quite cool scene.. All tiredness gone in minutes..
Have you gone through such place like so many up stairs.. How was your experience ??

Hello Anand,
You must be happy to enjoy the natural beauty from the top of the temple. I had visited one temple but we used the ropeway to reach that place because my mother in law was with us and she can’t climb the steps. I love to climb the steps if I get an opportunity. There is a temple in Tamilnadu, I heard that there is 1001 steps there, I haven’t visited that temples but many people are visiting this temple from our place.

Viji, I am talking about the temple in 'Palani' (God Subrahmanyan/Murukan). I have not visited that temple, but lot of people from Kerala visiting the same temple after a particular period of ‘vratham’. I gathered this information from them and I hope I am right.

That certainly was very challenging and tired!!! I could imagine the scene now. But back to the topic, if climbing up the stairs to reach a certain place, then to me, that'll be considered very fun and at least I feel that I've achieved something and that should take away all tiredness.

Yes! It seems like in order to go to a temple, you always have to climb stairs. The best one that I made was in Nepal when I climbed the Monkey Temple (at least that's what I call it). While going up, there were plenty of monkeys who would gawk at people or try to steal some food. I am not sure if I climbed 1000 steps, but it sure felt like 1 million to me. When I reached the top, there was a view of the entire Kathmandu. You can sip tea and watch some eagles and hawks fly over Kathmandu.

Yes I have. I was in the Rocky Mountains and there was a staircase for non climbers to take in a view of the Grand Canyon from far above. It was not easy but there were resting points on the way up. There was also a warning sign at the beginning that warned people who had a heart condition or were pregnant not to attempt the climb! I'm sure it would be a long time before medical help could get to you!

Yes friend 1000 stairs are so high and it was quite hard after half way but if you are go for temple then automatic god has give the energy for that and after reaching we will feel more comfortable. In most of the temples more than 1000 stairs. For a some time we are tired but next level we can do this. Yes this is my own experience. A temple of Durga Devi in India (MP) side I was gone through 1100 stairs in 45 minutes with enjoyable movement.

hello akp! your experience was a happy one! it's like what we have in life. we have to struggle hard to reach what we want to achieve in life.and by doing that,we have to make sacrifices and if we fall,we have to learn to stand up as well, and have the courage to face what we have to face. start moving forward! some may got stucked in halfway and afraid to continue their journey. so,there comes a time they would go back and quit. but then,if they find themselves brave enough, they will really face life and accept all sacrifices for they might soon be reaching the top and see what they deserve to see.
i haven't tried walking on stairs that so many, but i have tried walking upwards cause there's a place herein which looks like vertical when you walk through. and we just walk their during lenten season, and it feels happy and relieved to reach the top again. it feels happy to experience that journey.we just have to keep in our minds that we can make it through.
