Children too young out side on their own in the dark

What is it with some of the parents nowadays, that they let their children play outside when it is totally dark,as well as when it is raining.It worries me to think that there are alot of primary school age children that are out when it is pitch dark at night,with no adult in sight,also that there are no older children that are with them,some parents really anger me,makes you think if they know where their children are or even care for their children.

I know how you feel. when I was growing up I had to be inside before the sun set. Back then wasn't as bad as now so far less. Some Parents are taking too may liberties with their kids.

All of the children in our neighborhood all play with each other and at any time could be found at any of the three houses. That said, I know that if my kids aren't down at my house, they are either at Michelle, Audrey or Atlanta's house. They also know that if they are not at home by 6:30 in the evening I am going to be coming to get them and they will end up punished. It works the same way with all of the other parents on our street. We all know that our children are playing with each other.

we have alot of this problem in the united kingdom. we have alot of parents who dump their children out in a morning and they dont care who theyre with, where they are or when they come in. in our close we have this alot! we end up having the children out at like 11pm, and sometimes later on. it is a mega problem in the summer as the kids end up keeping us up. we have called the police but they do nothing. so if they dont do anything, then the parents never will!

I see this all the time as well as that there are alot of parents that know that their children are on their bikes with no lights on them.Alot of these children as well are soo young to be out and about that time at night,even early evening when it is really dark is not right for a primary school child to be out,as it is not safe.
