What is your fave way to cook corned beef?

I don't really cook, so I do not know what to suggest. But what you did sounds yummy to me. I like corned beef, too. Sometime I just mix it with an egg and fry it.

I boil diced potato and carrots, chop some onions fry them, mix in the cooked vegetables and diced corned beef and fry it all together until heated through and serve it topped with a fried egg.

I throw it in the crock pot with water and slow cook it for at least 8 hours, it falls apart, and if you add potatoes and carrots... mmmm

I usually put it in the slow cooker with wedges of cabbage and then partly thru add potatoes. I wish we could have it more often but with it being beef it's more expensive than eating a dish made of pork or chicken and I have to watch my budget closely!

The way I cooked corned beef is that I saute ginger first. Once the ginger is already golden brown. I saute together with Onions. Then next corned beef. And add a bit of water. Then salt and pepper to taste.

Corned beef is one of my son's favorite food. I saute first garlic then I fried the potato then put the corned beef after a few minutes I will add the scramble egg then add maggie magic sarap to add more taste. After cooking on the top of the corned beef I put a lot of onions then presto!!! Sometimes I cook it on spaghetti sauce it's also delicious..

I wouldn't say better because that is up to you to decide but here is the way I cook it: I pop it in the microwave until it explodes then I pick up the pieces and put them together then add some freshly cut onions. Sometimes I slice and fry them like spam.
