Do you stop with your car when it comes to heavy storm on the road?

Have you ever been on the road when it was stormy? When you see almost nothing and the rain, fog, wind is very strong. For a few times I experienced something like that and it was really scary.

I must admit that I do not pull over and or stop. I with caution of course, try to get home. I always fear that if I pull over someone else could possible lose control and run right into to me.
