did you know what eye or hair color your child was going to have?

I know now what eye and hair color that my children are going to have because of the fact that they are now four and eight years old. However, if I was to base what I expected my children to have off of the appearance of my husband and myself I would have been sadly mistaken with what we ended up with in our son. You see, both my husband and myself have brown hair and brown eyes, our eight year old daughter has brown hair and brown eyes. Our four year old son, however, has blond hair and blue eyes.
