There is some fallout from the economic crunch. However, it was slightly bluffed by the growing of China. So it was not so severely felt. However, there is another issues that is contributing to the job crunch and that is the massive inflow of foreigners coming to my country to earn a living. They are directly competing with the citizens for the small market that we have.

I am part of the statistics as I lost my job early this year, and this is the first time in my life that I have never worked. I have been looking for a permanent job but find too many employers saying I am way too over qualified. So along with the loss of my job I lost my home of so many years.
I lived off my savings hoping to land on my feet, as I have been sending out applications like crazy on a daily basis. So not having an income as none of us received unemployment, I can tell you that the economy certainly succeeded in draining me.
