Hi Friend
I have used hp pavilion tx 2500 note book but I am really disappointed by this laptop, it had a lots of problem, first of all battery time, it has very less battery time even less than half hour some time, and the batter shelf life is not more than 6months, then the cooling problem, it ll always get hot and after 10 min of running and even cooling pad ll not work for it.
Then I got the problem of display, every thing mean light were on but there was no display on my laptop I went for repairing after warranty and they changed mother board and I spent a huge amount of money on it and still it is in repairing shop.
There are my friend in university using dell system and there are also problems in that but not like this, my fellows are happy with dell system.
I am now using Toshiba system and till now I have not got any problem in one month and I recommend to look for Toshiba system according to your specification.
And one most important thing, before buying any brand, look for the customer service inn your area, mean is it available if available what is their quality, all these things count after you buy your system
Have a nice day...:)
